Terms and Conditions
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover as well as PayPal.
- We also accept payments thru Moneybookers.com
- Report receipt of damaged items within five (5) days. Contact GAMEMASTER4U and send a picture of the damage so that we can place a claim with the Shipper. A replacement item will be sent.
- If delivery of order is refused the customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to GAMEMASTER4U as well as the original shipping charges. See Returns and Exchanges section for more information.
- To cancel an order call 561-450-5115 or email with order information before it ships and we will cancel your order.
Return Policy

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase GAMEMASTER4U will gladly take the item back for a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition in original box with all documentation and packaging. The original box also must be unmarked and undamaged.
- Items returned damaged or with original packaging damaged or removed will be refused.
- Once the original item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the amount you originally paid for items minus actual shipping and handling costs.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
- Please allow one (1) week for processing your return after we have received it.
- If GAMEMASTER4U ships a wrong item (different than the customer ordered) we will pay for all shipping costs related to that item to be shipped back to us and then we will send the correct item you ordered. Please contact for a return shipping label.
- When returning item carefully pack item(s) to be returned. The original shipping box can be used if it is still in good condition. If the box is not in good condition please use another box.
- Place a copy of your invoice or email confirmation inside the box.
- Please include your reason for the return.
- Please insure your shipment. We cannot credit returns for lost or damaged items.

Shipping Policy

- We ship via FedEx Ground or USPS within Continental United States (48 States).
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order
- FedEx Home Delivery packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday until 8pm
- FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, Canada & Other International Shipments will go via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
- International Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- For International customer outside PayPal services, we also accept payment thru Moneybookers.com.
- USPS requires your phone number on all International documents. Gamemaster4u cannot ship without your number.
- Not responsible for shipments outside Continental United States.
FEDEX Ground will leave the package at your door if not at home. We will email a FedEx tracking number when product is shipped.
Privacy Information
- For each visitor to our Web page, no information regarding the domain or e-mail address is recognized by our Web server.
- We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

Secure Online Ordering
- All of our orders are processed through secure shipping cart services provided by Prostores and Paypal.
- We use industry-standard SSL encryption to scramble credit card information between the customer's web browser and the Prostores and Paypal servers.
